Abstract:
In this communication, we report on an investigation on efficient P-I-N structured CH3NH3PbI3-based solar cells with carbon electrode using mesoporous TiO2 and NiO layers as electron and hole selective contacts. We will first introduce the fabrication of these devices to achieve the highly efficient devices, then carry out a detailed study on the interfacial carriers transfer and charge recombination processes with photocurrent/photovoltage decay measurement, and electronic impedance spectroscopy measurement. It turns out that the P-I-N structured pervoskite sola cell PSC using p-type NiO layer as hole transport material presents impressive I-V characteristic parameters, and thus a considerably high power conversion efficiency of 14.9% has been achieved. The results reveal that NiO layer reinforces the charge transfer process at the perovskite/carbon interface and weakens the process of charge recombination in the system. Besides, the P-I-N structured pervoskite solar cell shows good stability in the dark.
报告人简介:
1995-2001年哈尔滨工业大学学习,2005年中科院长春应用化学研究所获得博士学位,进行锂离子电池和生物燃料电池研究。随后获得洪堡奖学金在德国慕尼黑工业大学物理系Ulrich Stimming教授团队进行单分子扫描电化学显微镜研究。2007年加入瑞士联邦理工大学Michael Graetzel教授团队进行太阳能电池研究。2010年加入武汉光电国家实验室,华中科技大学,教授,博士生导师,主要进行第三代太阳能电池界面动力学过程研究。发表论文100余篇,引用超过6500余次,H因子37。获得教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持,湖北省“楚天学者”特聘教授,是“低维光电材料与器件湖北省重点实验室”主任,国际电化学学会成员,中国光学青年编委会成员,Scientific Reports,American Journal of Energy Research,Journal of Materials Physics and Chemistry, Sustainable Energy 等期刊编委。
