日本沈青教授应邀报告——光电化学系列讲座(四十九)
8月21日上午十点,日本电气通信大学沈青教授应清洁能源实验室主任邀请,在中科院物理所M楼238做了题为Charge separation and recombination dynamics in organic-inorganic hybrid solar cells的精彩报告。
报告人简介:Prof. Shen, physicist, graduated from the Department of Applied Physics, Nanjing University in 1987. She earned her Ph.D. degree from the University of Tokyo in 1995. In 1996, she joined the University of Electro-Communications, Japan. Since 2009, she has become a PRESTO researcher of Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) in the field of “Photoenergy Conversion Systems and Materials For the Next Generation Solar Cells”. Since 2013, she became an associate professor of the University of Electro-Communications. She haspublished more than 110 peer-reviewed journal papers and book chapters. In recent years, she focused on preparation and characterization of semiconductor and metallic nano-materials and nanostructures as well as their applications in photoenergy conversions. Especially, she is very interested in carrier dynamics (injection, transport and recombination) in semiconductor quantum dots and DSCs, perovskite-based solar cells and organic-inorganic hybrid solar cells.
报告摘要:In this talk, we systematically studied and clarified charge separation and recombination dynamics, together with the photoexcited charge carrier lifetimes of CH3NH3PbClI2 adsorbed on Y2O3 and TiO2 nanostructured films employing spiro-OMeTAD as a hole transport material (HTM) using transient absorption (TA) techniques for a time scale from sub-picoseconds to milliseconds. We compared these charge carrier dynamics of TiO2/CH3NH3PbClI2 /spiro-OMeTAD solid-state hybrid solar cells with and without surface passivation on the TiO2 electrodes. We found that charge separation and recombination dynamics were influenced greatly by surface passivation. In addition, We also investigated the charge separation and recombination dynamics of solid-state dye sensitized solar cells (ssDSCs) and solid-state quantum dot sensitized solar cells (ssQDSCs) using the TA technique. The reason why the power efficiencies of ssDSCs and ssQDSCs are much lower than that of the perovskite-based solid-state hybrid solar cells is discussed. We found the charge collection efficiency was a bottleneck for such solid state hybrid solar cells. The strategies to achieve high efficiency solid state hybrid solar cells will be discussed.
