Opto-electro-modulated transient photovoltage and photocurrent system
To realize the measurement of carrier charge dynamics under different operating conditions, we designed a modulated transient photocurrent and photovoltage (M-TPC/M-TPV) system. The instrument structure, corresponding equivalent electric circuit and real product photo are presented. It can study the carrier transport and recombination dynamics of a cell, in particular, it can quantitatively investigate the charge extraction and collection efficiency under practical operating conditions.
